who is this for?
Hey warrior queens ✨
This course is for my women practitioners, coaches, facilitators, and space-holders who are ready for change. You’re being called to do “wellness” differently. The veil has slipped. The gloves are off.
You’ve seen cracks in an industry catering for the privileged few but not for all. You’re tired of spiritual teachings that float above real-world issues. You’ve sat in enough glossy, white-washed rooms.
Maybe you’re not sure where to start. Maybe you’re scared of “getting it wrong” or weighed down by shame and guilt about not getting here sooner. But in your bones, you know you’re ready to create spaces that are truly inclusive, accessible, and welcoming.
You’re not here for just “love and light.” You know action is what builds The New Earth. You’re ready to anchor your work in justice, courage, and collective healing.
I want to stand for big change but where do I start?
How do I overcome this paralysing fear of ‘getting it wrong’ or being misunderstood or rejected by my community?
I know the wellness industry has problems, but I don’t fully know how I replicate them in my own business and how to do it differently?
do you often think?
then, sister, this is for you!
about me
I’ve spent the past years actively breaking out of the wellness echo chamber.
I’m a therapeutic coach and podcaster on a mission to make wellness less exclusive, more relatable, and a true reflection of our shared humanity.
This path opened for me through three threads:
My 5+ years of work with a local women’s centre, sparking my passion for democratising wellness and making it accessible to those who need it most.
My training in trauma therapy with Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, which explores collective, intergenerational, systemic trauma — including race, oppression and colonisation.
The silence of the wellness industry on global issues — from Palestine to Congo, from ICE raids to race riots.
I know what it’s like to yearn for wellness that stands for real societal change. To feel the discomfort and shame when you start unpicking what you’ve inherited and the fear that gets in the way.
I built this course to support you through those same stumbling-blocks — and to give you tangible, actionable, practical ways to move forward, together.
Over 9 weeks you’ll experience:
Weekly live group calls to unpack the weekly theme and explore together.
4 guest workshops with those walking this path and from whom I learn a lot.
Exploring through judgement-free spaces, Q&A, fear-facing and shame-slaying.
Weekly action steps to bridge the gap between knowing and doing.
This isn’t about ticking a DEI box or following someone else’s rulebook. It’s about creating a practice that reflects your values, serves your communities, and builds the change the world is crying out for.
