As a Holistic Health Coach & Registered Nurse, Lori has made it her life's work helping other women struggling with weight loss problems. She is focused upon showing that there are more sustainable options that are pain-free and work with you, rather than making the journey feel like a constant uphill battle.

Lori's passion for helping and healing led her to become a Registered Nurse, but she always viewed health and well-being from a holistic perspective, understanding that we must take a greater look at a broader picture to understand all the factors that contribute to illness and disease. Therefore, Lori also studied alternative medicinal practices including ancient Chinese medicine, therapy and nutrition techniques.
